Utopia of the Seas

Day 1 - Part 1 - What are each of your favorite movies/tv shows?

Kerry enjoys Inception and Friends. Brian likes Seinfeld, The Office, and The Simpsons. Hear more in our video!

Day 1 - Part 2 - What has Kerry wanted to put in the Hall of Fame that Brian didn’t want, and what did Brian want to put in the Hall of Fame that Kerry didn’t want?

Find out in our video!

Day 3 - Why is a pirate themed boat insensitive?

Pirates are violent criminals (that are still actively targeting cruise ships to this day) and building playground monuments for our children to play on is weird. Hear more in our video!

Day 3 - Have you tried the new Brightline rail from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale or Miami yet? Any plans to do that?

We don't think the train makes much sense for people who live in Orlando. It costs more money for more inconvenience than driving. Hear more in our video!

Carnival Celebration

Day 1 - Is that the two of you on the roller coaster in the Carnival Cruise ad? If so, how did you get that gig?

It wasn't us! In fact, we had no clue what ad everyone was talking about. This day was the first time we had ever ridden The Bolt. Hear more in our video!

Day 2 - Your subscriber count has grown considerably, have you had fans recognize you while on the ships?

We have and we love it, so don't be afraid to say hi! Certain ships/sailing have more Views and Queues watchers than others. Hear more in our video!

Day 3 - Now that you have been to Disney's new island resort, how would you rank the private resort islands including the other cruise brands?

1.) CocoCay
2.) Castaway Cay
3.) Lookout Cay
4.) Bimini Beach Club
5.) Amber Cove

Day 4 - What is the best and wort time of year (weather-wise) to travel to the Caribbean?

In the winter there are cold-fronts and choppy water. In the spring there is seaweed. In the summer it's uncomfortably hot. In the fall there are hurricanes. In the end, we determined that November was the best time to sail since it is after hurricane season and before winter. Hear more in our video!

Day 5 - What is your favorite "bit" y'all do? Either in real life or on a cruise!

We love to be sarcastic and dark humored. In particular we speak about our commentary about piracy. Hear more in our video!

Day 6 - When a cruise ship is at full capacity does it feel really crowded? If so, do you have tips on dealing with the crowds?

For the most part, ships don't really feel crowded and always have a quiet spot you can go to. Our number one tip is to steer clear of Carnival if you're worried about the crowds! Hear more in our video!

Day 7 - Y'all always seem to be willing to spend a little extra on the stateroom and get at least a balcony. What, in your opinion, makes that upgrade so worth it every time?

We love to feel the fresh air and sit out on our balcony for some peace and quiet. Hear more in our video!

Utopia of the Seas

Day 1 - Can you explain the gratuity cost and what it covers?

We go over what the standard gratuity per person per day covers as well as the many different places we choose to tip extra. Hear more in our video!

Day 2 - What would be your pets' favorite and least favorite part of cruising? Would they have a favorite ship, cruise line, or private island? What would they put in the Cruise Food Hall of Fame?

Comet would love the grass on the Celebrity Reflection and getting the attention of all the guests. Pete would enjoy kids jungle gyms and the menu at Hooked. Hear more in our video!

Day 3 - Do you like Icon or Utopia of the Seas more?

They are both really great ships - in our top two! But ultimately, we prefer Icon of the Seas. Hear more in our video!

Wonder of the Seas

Day 1 - You nap a lot.

Well we're on vacation, what do you expect!? Hear more in our video!

Day 2 - Have either of you ever needed to visit medical/EMS on a cruise? If so, what was it like.

Brian had to go once when we got stung by a bunch of jellyfish at CocoCay. Hear more in our video!

Day 3 - How's Pete doing? If I recall, he was having issues :(

Little Pete is doing much better now! He was experiencing bladder issues that an emergency vet was able to help out with. We gave him medicine, switched his diet, and have tried to make him less stressed. Hear more in our video!

Day 4 - What ended up happening with the engagement ring? Did you get it back? Did I miss the update? :)

The engagement ring needed to be re-sized and when it came back to us the stone was jiggly, so we sent it back. When we sent it back, the ring was lost. We were told they would get us a new one. This new one also needed to be re-sized. Once we finally got the ring back, the gemstone was jiggly again. Kerry believes maybe they found the original ring? But perhaps this is the new one. We're not sure. Recently, we've gone to a local jeweler to fix the wobbly gemstone.

Day 5 - For a couple that does not have kids, do you ever get annoyed by too many kids on Disney cruises?

It's not just Disney that has kids on board - this Royal Caribbean cruise had A LOT of children on board. But, it is not the kids faults, it is the fault of bad parenting if the kids are being annoying.

Day 6 - If you could produce your own Royal movie, like the ones they have done, what would be the plot, details, and what ship?

This is one you should watch in the video!

Day 7 - Will you serve alcohol at your wedding?

Yes! But mostly because the difference in cost between having it and not having it is almost none. Also, our parents really wanted it there and they've helped us pay for the wedding, so we want them to be happy.

Virgin Voyages

Day 1 - I appreciate your perspectives on Carnival, I feel like y'all are my spirit animals when it comes to cruising.

When we try a new cruise line we want to be 100% authentically ourselves so that way other people who see themselves in us know what they are getting into. Also, we are genuinely spending our vacation time on these ships, so we are judging for ourselves to see if a cruise line is one that we want to come back on.

Day 2 - Curious to know what you mean by "Virgin Voyages isn't really our speed?"

Virgin branded themselves as a party cruise line for young people in the beginning. Since then, older generations have enjoyed the adults only atmosphere and Virgin has calmed down some of their offerings making it much more appealing to our old souls.

Day 3 - The Starbucks mugs -- Are they on display in your home or just in a cabinet? How many do you have now? Can you give us a picture?

They are scattered around our house, but for the most part they are displayed above our kitchen cabinets. Brian needs to count how many he has, we have no idea right now!

Day 4 - Speaking of Virgin Voyages, would you two ever sail with them?? Would love to see you two rate the food.

The food was the BEST part of Virgin Voyages! It is neck and neck with some of our favorite Celebrity Cruise line food - and it's FREE! But, the buffet for lunch is a little lackluster. Overall, I don't think we'd choose Virgin Voyages over Royal, Celebrity, or Disney cruise lines, but we will definitely come back on board in the future.
